In IELTS speaking, there will face to face interview like process

The speaking will be conducted on the sperate day from the day of the Reading, Writing, and Listening. The examiner will ask you to speak on a topic for 2 to 2.30 minutes. And then the series of questions will be there preceding the task 1 completion.


Pattern of Questions


This task will take around 4-5 minutes. In which examiner will introduce themselves and ask the general question about the home town, hobbies, and other extracurricular activities.

Required Skills for IELTS Speaking

Make sure you are not pausing for a long time, while you are thinking

Speak clearly and loud enough to audible

Work on your oral fluency to fetch higher marks in the speaking

Use a wide range of vocabulary

Don’t hesitate to ask a second time if you don’t understand the question

Think on your feet while answering the followup question
